Luggage Policy
Clear guidelines on luggage allowance, excess charges, oversized and fragile items, liability, and lost item reporting.

| Sedan | 3 medium suitcases + 2 small bags |
| SUV / Innova | 4–6 medium suitcases |
| Tempo Traveller | Bulk luggage allowed (declare at booking) |
Oversized items (bicycles, surfboards, large boxes) must be declared at booking. Charges ₹200–₹1,500 may apply.
Fragile or valuable items must be packed securely. Hazardous or illegal goods are prohibited.
Label all bags. Keep small valuables with you. Inform driver about multi-stop luggage unloading.
Report lost items immediately with booking ID. Recovery is attempted but not guaranteed.
For large cargo, request a Tempo Traveller or goods vehicle at booking. Extra handling may cost more.
Inspect belongings at trip end. Report damage within 24 hours with photos. Liability applies only with proven negligence.
