At Green Taxi, we aim to provide a safe and comfortable travel experience for all our passengers. This Luggage Policy outlines the guidelines for carrying luggage during your trip with us.

1. Allowed Luggage Limit

• Sedan: 2 medium-sized suitcases + small handbags.
• SUV: 3–4 medium/large suitcases + small handbags.
• Handbags, laptop bags, and small personal items are allowed inside the vehicle.

2. Excess Luggage Policy

• If your luggage exceeds the standard limit, please inform us in advance to arrange a suitable vehicle.
• Extra luggage may require an upgrade to a larger vehicle, which may incur additional charges.
• Overloading beyond the vehicle's capacity is not permitted for safety reasons.

3. Restricted Items

• Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, explosives, corrosives, etc.).
• Illegal substances, firearms, or weapons.
• Live animals (except service animals with prior approval).
• Large commercial goods or heavy industrial equipment.

4. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers are responsible for the security of their luggage.
• Green Taxi is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.
• Please ensure that you do not leave valuables in the vehicle after completing your trip.

5. Special Luggage Requests

• If you have special luggage requirements (e.g., sports equipment, musical instruments, or fragile items), inform us during booking.
• We will try our best to accommodate your needs based on vehicle availability.
