Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

This refund policy applies exclusively to drivers who make payments to Green Taxi.

Refund

For complaints such as mistakenly transferred payments, double debited amounts, or similar issues, the complaint must be raised within 10 working days from the transaction date.

Once we receive the required supporting documents for your complaint, the refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 7 working days.

Refunds Not Applicable

Payments made more than 30 days before the refund request will not be eligible for a refund.
