Welcome to Green Taxi. By accessing our website and using our One Way Taxi, Drop Taxi, Round Trip Taxi, Local Rental, Airport Transfer and Outstation Cab Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
All bookings are subject to availability of vehicles and drivers. A booking is considered confirmed only after Green Taxi sends confirmation through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Green Taxi reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances including vehicle unavailability, operational constraints or incorrect booking information.
All fares displayed on the website are indicative estimates based on the information provided during booking. Final charges may vary depending on actual travel distance, route changes, waiting time, toll charges, parking fees, state permit fees and other applicable charges.
Customers are responsible for reviewing fare details before confirming a booking.
One Way Taxi bookings are charged based on applicable minimum distance requirements and vehicle tariffs. Customers must provide accurate pickup and destination information at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for route deviations, extra stops or destination changes requested after booking confirmation.
Round Trip bookings are calculated based on total travel distance, minimum daily running kilometers, driver allowance and applicable taxes.
For multi-day trips, minimum daily distance requirements may apply according to the selected vehicle category and fare plan.
Local Rental services are offered on hourly packages. Package limits include a specified number of hours and kilometers.
Additional hours and kilometers beyond the package limit will be charged according to the applicable tariff.
Customers are requested to provide accurate flight details whenever applicable. Green Taxi will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays and schedule adjustments.
Airport pickup waiting charges may apply beyond the complimentary waiting period.
Outstation Taxi services are available across Tamil Nadu and selected destinations in neighboring states. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate travel information.
Interstate permit charges, toll fees and other government-imposed charges may be payable separately unless specifically included in the fare.
Driver allowance, where applicable, will be included or charged separately as per the selected fare plan and trip type.
For overnight trips and multi-day journeys, driver allowance may apply according to company policy.
Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permit fees, entry taxes and similar government charges are generally payable by the customer unless specifically stated as included in the fare.
Cancellation requests must be communicated through Green Taxi customer support channels.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation, driver assignment status and operational expenses already incurred.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method determined by Green Taxi.
Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banking institutions.
While Green Taxi strives to provide reliable transportation services, delays or interruptions may occur due to traffic conditions, weather events, vehicle breakdowns, road closures or circumstances beyond our control.
Where possible, Green Taxi will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative transportation.
Green Taxi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our services.
The maximum liability of Green Taxi shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific booking.
Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Green Taxi services, customers consent to the collection and use of information necessary for booking management and service delivery.
Green Taxi shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, public emergencies, severe weather conditions and transportation disruptions.
Green Taxi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
