Guidelines for travelling safely with pets in Green Taxi vehicles — including allowed pets, carriers, fees, hygiene, and responsibilities.
Small and medium domestic pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, birds in cages) are allowed. Exotic or dangerous animals are not permitted.
Pets must be in secure carriers or on leashes. Carriers are mandatory for cats, rabbits, and small dogs. Birds must be transported in cages.
Owners are responsible for ensuring pets are clean and do not soil the vehicle. Cleaning charges may apply if vehicles require deep cleaning.
A nominal pet travel fee may apply depending on the trip and vehicle type. Service animals (guide dogs) are exempt from charges.
Pet owners are fully responsible for the behavior of their pets during travel. Green Taxi is not liable for injury, escape, or illness of pets during transport.
