Pet Travel Policy

At Green Taxi, we understand that pets are part of the family. To ensure a comfortable and hassle-free journey for both passengers and their pets, we have outlined the following pet travel guidelines and charges.

1. Pet Travel Guidelines

• Pets are allowed only in Sedan and SUV vehicles.
• Passengers must inform us during booking if they are traveling with a pet.
• Only small to medium-sized pets are allowed inside the vehicle.
• Pets must be kept in a secure carrier or cage for safety and cleanliness.

2. Pet Charges

• A flat charge of ₹500 per trip applies for both Sedan and SUV bookings with pets.
• Charges apply per trip and are non-refundable.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

• Pet owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior during the journey.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle due to the pet will be charged to the passenger.
• Owners must bring their own pet essentials (e.g., food, water, waste disposal bags).

4. Restricted Pets

• Exotic animals, reptiles, and aggressive breeds are not allowed for safety reasons.
