This Refund Policy explains refund eligibility, timelines, and the process after cancellation or booking changes. Please keep your booking ID available when contacting support.
Full refunds for cancellations >24h before pickup. Partial refunds for 12–24h. No refunds <12h or for no-shows.
Refunds are initiated in 3 business days. Banks/providers may take 5–14 days to reflect.
Gateway/transaction fees are non-refundable. Deductions are shown in refund notifications.
Refunds may be prorated for partially completed trips or discounted promotions.
Chargebacks are handled with banks. Resolutions depend on issuer investigation.
