Please read the following cancellation and refund guidelines before booking with Green Taxi. Our rules differ based on trip type, vehicle class, and notice period.
This policy applies to all Green Taxi bookings — one-way, round-trip, outstation, tempo traveller, and corporate bookings. Specific promotional offers may carry different cancellation rules.
✔ Free cancellation if done more than 24 hours before pickup.
✔ 50% cancellation charge if cancelled within 12–24 hours.
✔ 100% charge (no refund) for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup or for no-shows.
✔ Daily driver allowances may be non-refundable once the trip has started.
✔ Deposits are refundable if cancelled before the 24-hour window; after that, partial charges apply.
✔ For long itineraries, cancellation charges may also include hotel/permit costs already incurred.
✔ Require a minimum 20% advance deposit.
✔ Cancellations less than 48 hours before pickup may forfeit the advance amount.
✔ Rescheduling is allowed subject to vehicle availability.
To cancel your booking, please use one of the following methods:
✔ Call or WhatsApp our 24×7 support team at 744-8888-700.
✔ Email support@greentaxi.in with your booking ID and trip details.
✔ Provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible to avoid charges.
✔ Refunds are initiated to the original payment method only.
✔ We aim to process refunds within 3 business days; banks and gateways may take 5–14 days to credit the amount.
✔ Cash bookings are refunded in cash or via UPI transfer (customer’s choice).
In events beyond our control (floods, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics), refunds may be offered as partial refunds or credits for future travel. Each case will be handled fairly and transparently.
