If you need to cancel your booking with GreenTaxi, please refer to the following guidelines:
Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
No-Show Policy: If a customer fails to inform GreenTaxi of any schedule changes at least 8 hours in advance and is a no-show, no refunds will be issued.
Vehicle Type Changes: If you request a change in the cab type, the availability of the requested vehicle is not guaranteed and will depend on our fleet.
