"Company" means Green Taxi. "User" means anyone using the service. "Booking" means a reservation made through our platform.

Bookings are confirmed when you receive a booking ID. Details are final unless modified with consent and subject to availability.

Fares include distance, vehicle type, tolls, taxes, driver allowances. Extra charges may apply for stops, waiting, parking, etc.

We accept online payments and cash. Payment confirmation may be required. Gateway fees may be non-refundable.

Cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. No-shows may incur full charges.

Users must provide accurate details, be punctual, and ensure safe conduct of all passengers.

Hazardous or illegal goods are prohibited. Seatbelts and traffic rules must be followed.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for booking, except where negligence is proven.

We are not liable for events beyond control such as strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics.

All site content is owned/licensed by Green Taxi. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms anytime. Continued use indicates acceptance.
